Intrepid Wins 2024 Best Places to Work
Intrepid has been recognized as one of Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce’s 2024 Best Places to Work. Intrepid competed against 20 other companies and received the silver award in the large business category (101-250 employees) at the luncheon held on Tuesday, May 14 at the Von Braun Center.
The Best Places to Work program measures a wide range of research-validated workplace factors that impact employee engagement and satisfaction to include team dynamics, individual needs, trust in leadership, manager effectiveness, career growth and development, future outlook, diversity and inclusion, and engagement outcomes. Quantum Workplace tabulates results from employee surveys, and those are kept confidential prior to the event.
“We are absolutely thrilled to be recognized as one of the Best Places to Work,” announced Deborah Adams, Intrepid’s Chief People Officer. “This award highlights our dedication to creating a welcoming and supportive environment where every team member feels valued and empowered. The fantastic feedback from our employees is a testament to the positive culture we strive to cultivate every day. We remain committed to prioritizing our employees’ well-being and growth, ensuring our company continues to be a wonderful place to work and innovate.”
